CHAUFFEUR SERVICE

We look forward to elevating your airport journey through our chauffeur service. Kindly read the information below to ensure that you benefit fully from your booked service.

Chauffeur service on arrival

If you are flying into Malta International Airport, the chauffeur service will be offered from the aircraft to the terminal building. As you come down the steps of the aircraft, look out for one of our team members holding up a sign displaying your name.

If you would like the sign to display something other than your name or would not like to be greeted with a sign, kindly advise us by sending an email on  lavalette@maltairport.com.

Chauffeur service on departure  

If you are flying out of Malta International Airport, the chauffeur service will be offered from the terminal building to the aircraft.

If you visit the La Valette lounge on the day, kindly inform the La Valette team of your booked chauffeur service at the reception desk. As part of the chauffeur service, you will also be escorted to the gate in time for boarding.

Should you decide not to be escorted or not to use the lounge on the day, look out for our chauffeur at your gate and inform him of the booked service.

Additionally, may we remind you that priority boarding is only possible when booked with the airline beforehand.
