MEET AND GREET
We look forward to welcoming you at Malta International Airport and escorting you on your journey through the terminal. Kindly read the information below to ensure that you benefit fully from your booked service.
What does the meet and greet service include?
Before departing for the airport on your date of travel, kindly call on (+356) 9943 0975 to inform the Customer Services team of the approximate time of your arrival at the terminal and the preferred meeting point.
On the day of your travels, kindly present yourself at the Information Desk in the Check-in Hall. Here, a member of the Customer Services team will be assigned to escort you from check-in to security to the La Valette lounge. As part of this service, escorting is also provided from the La Valette lounge to the gate. Should you need a helping hand with your luggage before making your way to the Check-in Hall, we will gladly be of assistance.
Is there a drop-off point for users of this service?
The La Valette drop-off point just outside the terminal building can be made available for you, provided that we receive the number plate details of your vehicle on lavalette@maltairport.com. Once we have these details in hand, the necessary access arrangements will be made.
Additionally, may we kindly ask you to inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies you may have to ensure that we can cater to your needs at the La Valette lounge, at least 48 hours before your travel.
